Could it be the double check service that was supposed to happen 60 days after delivery? Though I skipped it and haven't been to a dealer since I took delivery of my ID.4...

You go by infotainment screen and first 2 are free of charge....
There is no need to spend money on ICE like service.
Every couple months look under the car for anything out of ordinary regarding chassis....look for any oil or coolant leaks on the rear axle.....at the front axle look for any coolant leaks......where you park most of the time it will be best place to spot any of mentioned above.
For more close inspections pass the free service inspections...it will require shields removal under the EV....but that is another discussion.

I would be very cautious heeding the advise here to ignore any factory recommended maintenance on any car, especially if you are leasing the vehicle. When you turn the car in and there are no maintenance records, you can be back charged for them. Read your lease terms!
