After months that felt like years I finally brought home my Blue Pro S Gradient last night. I'm in Austin and had to go to a dealer in Temple to get it so I don't have experience with any of the dealers down here. Can anyone recommend one of the three (Hewlett, Maund, Onion Creek) just in case a service need arises?

I got my FE from Charles Maund VW. The service department has performed all recall issues and first check just fine. They also provided me a loaner when I had an electrical malfunction and had to order parts from Germany. I'm quite satisfied with their service department. It's an older and smaller dealership than the others, I believe.

Easy way to get right service is to ask how long some of master technicians are still working there..... Guys with 10+ years at same dealership are people who have long experience and time at one dealership is just another proof that they love his job and dealership they work for.
And word of advice do not ever push technician to get the job done fast.

Welcome to the group and good luck with the car! Sorry, I can't give info about a dealer but good luck with that too.
