Try using extension tool that have magnet.....

I did but unfortunately the AAA battery isn’t magnetic

Well i never heard of AAA battery not being magnetic.....probably using inspection camera and specialty tool will be your next step. Or removing seat....this will take quite some time....and there are procedures to do this correct ( if you fail to do by the book you may activate seat air bag malfunction that will require ODIS tool to reset).

I would lift front end or park vehicle on steep incline so you have better outcome trying to fish battery out and not by accident pushed even more.....it is frustrating but if you have patience you will get it out.

Once the battery is removed, you can install air duct grill to prevent such accidents
