Bizarre wording for ID.4 Google Ad

Noticed this Google Ad on Google when searching for an ID.4 related issue. Why “beware”? Maybe it’s supposed to read “behold”? Looks like someone on the VW marketing team needs to do some extra proof reading 🤣

I think their point was, “Beware, there’s no going back.” But I agree, it’s a little odd choice of wording for a Google search. That being said, once I got my first ID.4, my first EV, I agree that there is “no going back“ - bought my second 4 months later.
Glad they mentioned illuminated door handles in the oddest way possible. Do they know the elements of a sentence?

I just wish they did not advertise before my id.4 is built. I feel like everyone else is cutting me in the line :ROFLMAO:.

Translation issue? 😂
I think they're smart. There was a ⚡BEWARE! campaign for the ID.4 using very click-baity type banners. I think this is VW getting an understanding key words and what makes people click.

I'll bet you dollars to donuts (oops, get with the times, "bitcoins to cronuts") that "illuminated door handles" scored highly on some car buyer metric and was probably second only to "OTA Infotainment Updates" which, for obvious reasons, would be a bad choice at this juncture.

For what it's worth, the illuminated door handles on my ID4 gets a lot of compliments and comments from my friends/family/neighbors as it's a feature you normally find on a more upmarket vehicle like a Mercedes/BMW etc. It stands out at night.
