I will not be taking the extra warranty when my chance comes, not sure about a loan but I would try your bank. I ordered originally Nov. 2021 at Vancouver VW and whenever I ask they say they'll know more next month. Can I ask when you put your order in?

I just received an email from my dealer. My car is almost here, waiting for customs.
They gave me my VIN number as well to go ahead and get insurance.
According to them it is the first 2023 id4 at their dealership

ID4 Pro AWD (no statement package, no black roof)

Ordered Feb,19 2022 in Ontario, converted to 2023 on September 3 and Car will be here on 12-15 December, 2022, Just shy of 8 months from initial order date and 3 months after conversion. Not bad at all.

They are offering me 7.99% interest rate but finance manager said he will arrange something close to 6.99%.

So far everything is as per my dealer time line or earlier. I was promised 12 months delivery, order sheet said delevery in December, after conversion, sales manager said it will be early January with slim chance of December delivery. They also said I am in the first batch of 2023 orders.

Unfortunately, I am not in the Country and will be back on 1st, dealerships are closed on 2nd so I am going to take delivery on 3rd January 2023.

Could you tell us your COM #. I would like to compare it to mine. Ordered on Feb. 9, 2022, conversion took place on Sept. 8 2022 and I'm still waiting news from my dealer.

I ordered with Bramgate VW but I don't think dealer matters. Main thing is your configuration. Currently they are just building black, blue and red AWD cars.

One thing which happened differently with me is, I dropped by them at the end of Aug and they said they are going to start inviting people soon to convert to 2023 so I booked an appointment right away even before I received invitation email and I was one of the first one to do so at Bramgate. That may be a factor too.

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your update. This is great news, hope to hear of others receiving cars over the holidays. I think many folks who ordered cars in the fall of 2021 have still not received theirs yet. It doesn't appear they are going through the order list in any real order?

Your order is the same as mine other than colour, hopefully this is promising news for me!
