[ID.3 CK]

I have just got my 22 plate ID.3 a couple of days ago but after following all the steps to connect the we connect app, it keeps saying my ID.3 is offline when in the car it’s showing signal. I have tried resetting the infotainment system and deleting the app and connecting again to no avail. I would really appreciate it if someone could suggest something.

I had similar problems when I got my car last year. I ended up calling customer service. They put me through to tech support in Germany. They got me to try a few things but I think they had to reset something at their end. No problems since though.
