Hello all! Brought home a white FE. Enjoying the car so far. The dealer was unable to link the Promo code with my VIN. We Contacted Electrify America and they too couldn't help. The customer service stated that they will bring this up to the IT department and get back to me tomorrow- Monday.

Any idea wold help.

Opps wrong title. What I mean on the title was that I we couldn't link the Promo code with the VIN

EA IT has been responsive and should resolve this issue for you. Took me several calls however a couple months ago (somewhat unique issue with iPhone 12 App non-install in my case; was able to register with older iPad however). If they assigned a case number/ticket they'll track it to resolution, but again do call them periodically for an update on same.

Thank you for the reply. The EA support did inquire which Software version I had installed on my iphone 12. I should try registering it on my ipad. Is there a website that I can use? EA newsroom was the only site I could get into but it never recognized my email.

You use the same EA App on your iPad as you do on your iPhone.
However if it's not working on your iPhone you'll still have the issue. But at least you'll be registered, as was I until they resolved my iPhone-install issue. In my case it took them about 10 days and several EA App updates during that time, but one would think it's now ironed out.
