I have been trying to connect to car-net off and on all day, with no luck at all. The app was not talking to the car, so I reinstalled the app, and now it work sign in at all.

The car says it cant connect. Three different browsers and 2 different devices get either 504 or 404 errors when I click the login on the car-net website.

Is this happening for others?

Car-net is down. I confirmed by phone. They said they were working on it.

So Car-Net sends me an email advertisement this morning. I go online to see what it’s all about but can’t login (neither Mac nor iPad).
Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence to pay for additional services.

Called Car-Net this morning as my login still not working despite waiting overnight. My iPhone logs in by face recognition so it shouldn't be a password miss-entry issue per se. 🤷‍♂️ They opened a case, so we shall see.

In fairness this is only the 2nd time I've called them. The first was at the 3-month point where their computer ceased all services instead of just the non-subscribed WiFi Hotspot. This 2nd call is close to my 6-month ownership.

Hate to revive an old post but it’s on point… Car Net seems down again today, Dec 7, 2021. Likely related to AWS outage.

Amazon servers for the eastern US have been trashed all day. Car-net is just one app impacted.
