My phone car-net app does not show current battery capacity.
It stays 3 days ago value all the time. Can't figure out why.
Car-net recognizes my ID4, but data is not updating....

My car-net app stopped connecting to the iPhone and iPad two days after getting the car. Called the car-net customer service number and they said I had to call my dealer. Has anyone done that and gotten any results? Did try a reset of the information system with no improvement.

But thrill with the car.
