I keep getting a message "Please Clean Front Parking Sensors!" I'm just assuming that the sensors or the little black circles about the size of a dime? Please let me know if anyone else out there is experiencing this issue!

I get something similar, when the front is dirty or when it has been parked in the rain and there are rain droplets on the sensors themselves - "Front Assist is only partially available" (I am paraphrasing, as I cannot remember the exact wording).
It goes away, when the car is cleaned.
The local VW mechanic has told me that the sensors, and the related software, are unusually sensitive.
If yours keep coming back, irrespective of the car being clean or not, I would have it checked at the dealer's.
