Well my 40 amp Clippercreek just got installed. A note of caution: always look over the job before paying. Despite my telling him that a 50 amp circuit breaker was required, the electrician showed up with a 40 amp. Since the installation manual was pretty plain about it I had him correct that before it was powered up. Ig more the double posted pic.

Nice! I would verify that they used the right gauge of wire for a 50A circuit with a 40A continuous load as well. If he showed up with a 40A breaker, he may have wired it using materials more appropriate for a 32A EVSE on a 40A circuit. (It should be #6 copper romex, or #8 copper THHN. #8 romex is not correct for this circuit as it only has an ampacity of 40A non-continuous)

I usually see ~32-36mph on my 40A Grizzl-e, but it varies a lot for some reason, so don't think you're capped out at 30. :)
