All of them show pending sale.
My guess is they can't remove the "sale pending" tag until a certain amount of time has past or it's auto generated and they can't do anything about it. If they've gone through the trouble of taking photos and uploading them, there's a good chance it's available for purchase. However, the vehicles may sell quickly and the ads will linger.

Speaking with multiple dealers from various brands over the last few years I've come to realize they have very little control over the content or don't have the resources to manage it in real time. It may not be a priority for them since they likely get a lot of inquiries on what's listed and those leads could turn into potential sales on other models or orders.

The risk of it going kaput after 8 years is extremely high. And we are talking about 20K-30K. Not a small number. Engines dont go completely dead after warranty. They are easily repairable for much much less. You cant repair battery packs. At least not now. Tesla is making sure that new battery packs are impossible to repair. I think the industry is addicted to revenue stream and will make battery packs subscription based.
It sounds like ICE vehicles fit your needs/budget quite well and an EV might not be a good option for you. Waiting to see if warranties get longer or batteries prove themselves might give you more piece of mind. We'll know a lot more in 5 to 10 years. And there will be a lot of new EV vehicles to pick from.

Those are all good points. Especially the note about Canada's price hike and heat pump. However, they have added more trim options that may better fit a buyer's needs.

For us, yes, we declined delivery over the $7,500 since we really didn't really want to spend $51k. I understand plenty of people see its value at that price, but we've set an approximate budget for the vehicle and this exceeded it. If the 2023 AWD Pro we ordered stays at $47,590 ($46,295+destination) and qualifies for a least $3,750 we'll likely accept it.
