Well like i said before I’ve had my Buzz for a month and the only other problem is I keep getting an Digital Manual no installed error on the main screen I don’t know how to fix this could this be due to not connecting to a WiFi network?? I meant to ask the dealership about it BUT right now I’m not to happy with the dealership after they broke my driver side glass while attempting to put tint on it and it took a week to get the glass in not to mention it had 200 miles on it. So I kinda thought I would ask y’all about issues rather than them.
Same. I've been meaning to call VW.

I do get a poor signal in the garage but the other day my car was parked out in the open and charging on a free charger for 5 hrs. It should have downloaded by then. Not a big deal but a bit annoyed since VW refuses to issue unabridged PDF manuals for their customers.

Exactly the same for me. Had it to the dealer service and they seemed stumped. I ordered a manual and paid for it myself but it is for 2024 and I have a 2025. I paid $30 and it arrived today so I haven’t had to chance to look at it. The manual for 2025 is apparently “not available"
Is that physical manual an abridged one or unabridged one? The only PDF manual being passed around online is a RHD Australia one with the older, smaller infotainment.

Abridged and now that I have had a chance to look at it I realize I paid $30 for a readers digest condensed rip off. Really frustrated with VW. Who doesn’t provide a manual with a 70k vehicle?
I think I might report it the the NHTSA (takes 5min to submit a complaint) because it's really not safe if you can't properly operate your car. Maybe a stretch but just give us our unabridged manual!

EDIT: I posted my complaint to the NHTSA. If anyone else wants to do the same, it's pretty easy and takes less than 5min. Here's my message and the NHTSA link is above:

"I am writing to express my concern regarding the car manual provided for my Volkswagen. The current manual is abridged, which makes it challenging to understand all of the car's functions.

This lack of comprehensive instructions can be particularly difficult and unsafe, especially when attempting to operate certain features while driving. A fully unabridged manual would greatly assist in understanding how to properly use all functions of the car."

I know, but this is the closest thing available, and is much better than the abridged version everyone is complaining about. It covers the same features, including the HUD we don't get in US ID.4.
Thanks sun wizard. Yes this is the closest thing we'll get to a fully unabridged manual for the Buzz.
