My electrify america app indicates my ID4 is on a continuous charge since Aug 29. Unable to charge with app.
The click keeps ticking away everyday.

The first thing to do with a runaway app is to delete it and reinstall it.

If it were Android, I would just force-stop it and clear the cache. If that failed, I would clear the data as well (which would require you to log in again when you restart the app).
