Today everyone of the chargers are tied up. 3 showed unavailable and neither I nor the guy at EA’s phone service could get the other 3 to work. The chain between Lis Angeles and Jacksonville Florida is broken . Anyone on the road needs to do an alternate route.

Ouch! That's literally a desert for Electrify America. It's times like this when I pull up PlugShare and hope I can find something that works. Good luck!
Yes and phase 3 does [email protected] all to remedy the situation. If I get access to the Tesla Supercharger network the problem goes away.
Nothing other than level 2 except for the Tesla Superchargers at BOTH ends of the 200 mile round trip that I need to do tomorrow. What really riled me was the call to EA was dropped the first 7 times "If you need help charging, please press 1. Click!"

If I am not mistaken that 50kW charger is at the Harley Davidson shop in Slidell Louisiana. That is approximately 67 miles to my West. My problem currently is traveling 95 miles to the North and back again. I actually know of free L2 chargers about 15 miles to the west. So to make this trip I go there charge at the mall for 8 or 9 hours, return to the house to pick up the dog and then set off on my journey.

Actually, halfway to Slidell and slightly north. It'd be great if Circle K would rework some of their stores across the country like they did in Norway - gas and DC fast charging.

My trip is to Hattiesburg and back. From Gulfport Kiln is 20 miles west of Gulfport and about 5 miles north of I10. From their I would have to go 15 miles north through twisting 2 lane roads, known for a high fatality rate, in order to reach I 59. From there it isn’t bad. I ran several road construction projects in the Kiln area in the early 2000’s to 2011.

Agreed. So far I have limited my discontent to the internet but soon it will spread to the local paper and television stations.
I understand your frustration, but just be aware that publicizing this could lead to more people having negative views of owning an EV.
Okay since this is VWs forum for their premiere electric car maybe they will take some action. At least put accurate operational information on the app. Also how difficult is it for each pedestal to report its health to a central maintenance computer that automatically dispatch’s repair crews?

Did you check plugshare or ABRP?
Electrify America is hearing about this it seems. They posted on PlugShare themselves that the chargers at the site are down and that repairmen are working on it. They also updated the EA app to show that all 6 were unavailable.
