Emergency things

After reading all of these posts about people getting stranded and freezing in their cars, it got me thinking about emergencies in general while driving, and how I am woefully unprepared for them. What do you have in your cars in way of emergency kits? What's in them? Bonus points for a photo of contents and/or storage configuration.
