When driving over an uneven surface there seems to be an audible clunk on the drivers side, only in deep potholes, not in the passenger side (as best as I can tell). Is this a known issue? Has anyone successfully diagnosed it? I plan on bringing it up at the 60 day mark.

coming from a subaru, i noticed the suspension on all four in fact, have a louder than typical "thunk/clunk" when going over small bumps or dips. i thought those were normal for VW pls they might seem louder since there's no other sounds to counter them like engine noise or something? interested to see what others have to say.

I have been hearing the same. One of the posters/moderators suggested to check on whether the shipping straps were still on and was not removed as part of the delivery prep. It is more pronounced on the driver side back wheel.

I also notice that the suspension is a bit clunky sounding, almost sounds like something is loose sometimes. I also notice a bit of a vibration in the steering wheel on the highway. If I let go of the wheel, I can see it shaking. I have tried it on a few highways and it's the same result. It's not bad enough to take in, yet. I just wonder if the two might be related.

I did not notice any steering vibration. I would definitely suggest taking it in. With one of my previous car the vibration in the steering wheel pointed to alignment issues and a bent arm.

You've got a wheel out of balance or a suspension issue of some sort. Probably an easy fix, though it might not be under warranty if it needs a rebalance unless you've only had the car for a couple hundred miles.

This should be taken care of immediately..
More time you give to not balanced tire to develop uneven wear it will make tire unusable

I just picked the car up last week, so it's new. I wanted to give it a little time to see if it would go away with driving because I know it's been on their lot for a while as it has a February build date and I bought it with 94 miles on it. I want to schedule one appointment and have them look at the vibration, order the light bar, and fix/order the trunk scoop trim that isn't locking together cleanly.

Alright, glad I set up the appointment now. They're booked up for a few weeks and I'll be out of town for another couple of weeks. The vibration really isn't that bad, but I know it needs to get fixed and I want it gone. I just don't like anyone touching my car unless absolutely necessary!

will do, thanks for the suggestion. Car seems tight when turning though. I am not feeling or hearing anything on turns, so I don’t think that it’s due to a loose lug nut. I’ll definitely check them all with my torque wrench though.
The lug cap removal tool is under the floor in the rear, FYI. :)

I have it on mine and still trying to find with cameras and noise microphone where is it coming from....it is front driver side clunk noise coming when driving over bumps or rough surfaces.

Same, though I haven't gotten to microphones and cameras (yet). A recent trip included some time on very rough road, freshly ground ahead of re-paving, and at just the right speed something with the same tone would hit a perfect resonance and buzz loudly instead of clunk. Kind of like a woodpecker pecking on a metal chimney pipe (look that up on youtube if you've never had the pleasure of hearing one). I'd like to find some relatively local road that reproduces it. Ideally near the dealer.

My is clunk noise coming from hub assembly...still trying to get where and make recording...and regarding my equipment...you really don't need it unless you are engineer and working on EV .

I notice zero vibration in the steering, and I’ve had it up to a comfortable cruising speed here on the interstate (read: well more than 65). Take it back to have them check it. If you have an alignment issue it could cause premature tire wear. Good luck!
