Has anyone received a GTX delivery date?

Wondering if anyone that has ordered a GTX has gotten any estimated delivery dates?
My order has had the status "ordered" ever since I put down the order back in May.

Have you asked the seller? I got a mail from the seller when he got the notice from vw regarding the production week.

If i check the vw website I get the same status like you. If I use the app I can see different steps. Next step for mine is - Starting to build your car.

Yes I have, but the dealer tells me that there are no updates, unfortunately.

How do you add it to the app? Mine asks for licence plate, which I don't have, so I can't add it.

I could add the car using my order number - and got the same view as @Tompa3999
But this may be a Sweden-specific app, as it uses BankID for login and is connected to VW Financial Services in Sweden.

Ah okay, Danish app doesn't ask for anything other than your account :)

It won't accept the order number either so it must be country specific.

I got an update this weekend saying "Production is nearly ready" (Nu är din bil snart färdigbyggd) is that the message you are stuck at? We did not select the tow bar package.

My car arrived to Denmark yesterday and I will get it next week. I did pick the towbar. It was approx 3 weeks from “cleared for production” until it was loaded on a train in Zwickau.

May 9th. 2 data after it was releasen for sale in Denmark.

I ordered May 9 I believe with tow bar (and all other options ticked). It arrived with the dealer yesterday and I will pick it up Thursday. I think the colour choice may have impacted delivery dates as well. I changed the colour in June to stonewashed blue, which was not available when it was released for sale.

Had a theory that tow bar was the culprit that resulted in my delays, alas guess I just wasn't one of the lucky guys. Also ordered mine on the ninth of May.

Now I know where all the GTXs in Sweden are! When flying from Arlanda yesterday I saw no less than THREE id.4 GTX in the parking lot outside Terminal 5. And I parked number four. Crazy! :)

So what status are you "stuck" in if checking on the web or volkswagen app? Have you gotten a Vin or registration number yet?

I checked the app today and still same status but vin and registration appeared. 😁

Congrats! I'm still in "Nu är produktionsplaneringen av din bil igång", no VIN nor plate. Dealer has confirmed the car is stuck at "final stages of being built", which is the info VW gives dealers when a car is missing parts. It has been at the "final assembly state" for almost 10 weeks now.
