No action here, everyone is getting the car and happy :p
Same. Quite annoying, as I can see that nothing has changed, but I do not see the date of the latest update (my dealer does).

So no change I can see may mean:
  • no change since last week
  • there are changes since last week, but the system has not updated.

Original timeline when "confirmed for production" was chassis production starting today, so I expect to see something next Monday at the latest (they seemed to update over the weekend until Christmas, at least).

Got a e-mail today that mine is out of factory and at Bremerhaven waiting for a boat to take it to Norway.
Also got the VIN, any fun things to do with that outside of the VW-system?

Got same info today car at dealer in Stockholm waiting for transport to Gothenburg. Expected to take 5 business days approx. Can I set up the we Connect ID already or do I need the number plate first?
You can use the VIN also, but to set We Connect ID any further than registering your account, you need the car, because you need to approve things from the car.

Quite obvious, really, if that weren't required, anyone who sees your license plate on the street could register your car to their we connect...

So the system has not updated for a few days, again, but here's what is there now:

  • chassis went into production 2.2, which is five days early
  • chassis complete 9.2, so it took a while
  • 'complilation' (don't know the proper translation) started 10.2 and was done 11.2
  • car was projected to be ready/completed 14.2, but the last update is 12.2, so the system still shows this as a projection
  • projected to leave the factory for delivery yesterday and should arrive at the port 2.3; would leave port 10.3.

My dealer did note that the projected timeline for delivery and shipping is way too pessimistic.

Arrived at what port; Emden or Sweden port;

I put my order 19/11-21, i realy dont now what VW are doing. It could not take so long time to produce a car.
All GTX production was halted in September 2022 due to parts shortage specific to the AWD powerline.

Also ID.4 GTX took a backseat to ID.5 GTX even before that.

Before Putler attacked, ID.5 GTX wait time was 5 months vs. ID.4 GTX 13 months. As the ID.5 GTX seems to round out to 13-14 months... 😬

I checked with my dealer yesterday and hi said the production is planned week 15, the production have moved forward the hale time. From the beginning it was planned to week 24 2022 and after that it have been postponed many time. Now i think it´s a realy painful acting from VW side.
