Took delivery of this Pro S this week and now working my way through my Condo Association challenges to install an EVSE. Enjoying the car! Surprised that my first charge-up at EA took 1:15 hours though

You're going to run into that periodically. I've gotten to where I know which locations and specific chargers to avoid, but I have no clue about fast charging around Northern Virginia since I didn't purchase an EV while I was there. Good luck. Hopefully you can get this resolved without too much issue. Thanks and no, the car is set on 80%. I was at 25% when I started the charge. Someone else sent me a link to EA that shows many have experienced this slow (35 Kw) charge rate. Suggestion was to move to another port and call EA to report...
Thanks! And yes, it seems it was charger specific. Charged up yesterday at Potomac Mills Mall and a charge from 25% to 73% (why did EA shut me off LOL?) took only 25'. All good. Now my "other drama" is to get VW and EA to resolve my confirmation code problem. I must call EA each time I charge up in order to get the free charge. Good luck! I was fortunate that my salesman set everything up for me and that there haven't been any significant issues with my account. I've had a few ghost glitches in the car's software and that's about it. I hope that you get that resolved and enjoy your new ID.4.Thanks! And yes, it seems it was charger specific.
