57KW to 80% is actually the bog standard 5% to 80%. and this is advertised as taking 38 minutes with a 125kw max charger.
yours took 37:08, that's so close to the 38 minutes that i don't believe it acutaly came above 125KW either.

My wife was at the charger when this happened. I noticed it on my EA app. I called her and asked her to check the charging screen. She said it showed 7 miles a minute. My app was going from 175 kW to 129kW, and back again.

What was the starting state of charge?
simple to calculate. 80% (end of charge state) of 77KWH (full charge) = 61.6KWH.
as 57KW got delivered his start of charge state would be a bit above (as cooling eats some overhead) 61.6KW-57KWH = 4.6KWH.
4.6KWH /77KWH *100= 6%
or if we assume ~3KWH wasted on cooling during charging:4.6kwh + 3kwh = 7.6kwh/77kwh *100 = 9.8%
so somewhere between 6% and 10%, making the 37 minute charge totally within range of a normal 125KW max charge.

edit: fixed a typo

the text msg from EA is buggy. twice in a row i've charged from 37% and 45% to 80%... both times started charging around 75kw at most then tapers off. Never have it gone higher than 80 kw on both occasions. each time I got the summary text telling me max charge rate was 146kw.

Regardless of your max, that 57kW in 37 min comes out to an average of 1.54 kWh per minute of charging. Pretty good. My best has been 1.46 kWh/min, but I usually go to 90% SoC which may bring down my average in that last bit over 80%.

I believe the EV system has some major bugs and I do not believe their read outs are always accurate. The other day it showed it was giving me 138Kw when it was doing that only as a short peak output. It would make more sense it they showed the average output for the entire session.

There was defiantly something going on with the EA cabinet or app. The app was lagging about 10 minutes behind what the car was showing. It was even telling me that we still needed to unplug and my wife was home already!!

I also saw a "Max charging speed" of 175 kW today on my charge on a 350 kW capable charger, but this doesn't match reality. I plugged in at 14%, and noticed it ramping up quickly to 127 kW, which is exactly what I would expect- 2 kW or so for cooling, the rest going into the battery. By the time it reached 20% or so, it had ramped down to ~75 kW, which is below the expected charge curve. My charge session totaled 33 kW in 30 minutes, so an average of 66 kW.

I agree with others here that the EA numbers are not trustworthy. It would be much better if you could see the full charge curve over time like ChargePoint shows you for both DC fast charging and Level 2 charging.

If your car is showing around 7-8mpm,that would put you near the 125kW max the car can take. Around 4 mpm would be around your 66kW. Unfortunately now we can only use mph as the guide. Hopefully and rumors are that update will give us kW reading as well.
