The car in the video appears to be the Chinese version, the ID.4 Crozz. It has features that aren’t in the European and U.S. versions, and excludes others (CarPlay and Android integration, e.g.). I imagine that the Chinese version includes things like the extra USB data ports and SD card slots. I‘ve seen no reports of these features on any version sold in the U.S., though I’d be happy to find out they were there.

I just bought the 2023 ID.4 Pro S in the U.S but I don't see the USB cable behind the glove compartment. Is this feature only on the ID'4's sent to China? Can I retrifit one for a U.S made ID.4 vehicle?

That's only available on ID.4s made in China.

If you only need power, you could rig up a USB port or 12v outlet with some wiring that taps into the fuse box. Or hire someone to do it.

I bought a new camera to install on my ID4 and there is not front 12v power. Has anyone added one to their car in the front, and if so do you have info on what you did? Im thinking something like this 12v and USBA

There's no way I'm aware of to add a port of any kind that would record any data from the car itself such as live camera footage. You'd need to install a 3rd-party dashcam for that.
