Hello,
I am wondering how other people's ID lights behave when the vehicle is on a level 2 charger. Does it stay on to provide a charge level indicator? This is the behavior I expected but am not getting. Mine seems to turn off very quickly if it turns on at all...

Same. I wish it would at least stay on if I'm remaining in the car during a charge session.

I'll me-too this. LED lights take so little power, plus it's such a cool and unique feature, it's a shame you can't leave it on while charging.

Although I'm asleep for most of my nighttime charge I wish the cross-dash light display would remain on longer. If nothing else to make neighbors wonder if I'm building a time machine into my ID.4.

At least my ChargePoint EVSE pulses, as in most any Twilight Zone episode.

It turns off when you lock the car. Not helpful unless you're sitting in it, I guess? I like the Rivian approach which uses the light bars on the front and back to advertise your charge status to the world!

Agree 100%. That cool lightbar is only on for a very short period of time, and shuts off as soon as you lock the car. I would love for it to stay on to make sure everything is working alright. I have had too many charging sessions that start and immediately stop, and that bar would help solve the issue.

Yes, but with that release we will have to manually flange the scransons.
