I have my ID.4 2023 Pro RWD since 12/17/2022 and this has happened to me twice since then. Both screens goes black and then after 1 or 2 minutes the first one that comes up is the little one with grayish layout and after some 30 secs the big one boots up. This is not good while driving as music, map and controls goes off.

Has it happened again? Both screens went out on my wife while driving, but came back online a a few minutes later while still driving. Is this the start of something…??

Not since last episode on Jan 10 2023, but I don't think this is an issue that resolves by itself, as soon as it happens again I will try to take videos/pictures to take this car to the dealership for review

I was coming back from Lowes that is 1/4 mile from my house, and both screens went black. After about 2 minutes they back on. Had car a little over 2 months, first time this has happened. It did not affect the driving. Looked like a computer reboot.

happened toay about twenty minutes after charging at EA (45Kw) while on phone, rebooted itself shortly after noticing.
