ID.4 System Update - Now I Have No Bluetooth

2812 Views 7 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Pnw35
Hi
I got into the car this morning to find a small background system update. It took 2 minutes to complete. Once installed, I went to connect my,phone to Carplay and had a “Bluetooth not switched on” message. I have been into the Bluetooth settings, but they are greyed out (inaccessible). I also received an email to state that my user account had been removed from the car. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Just to add.. I tried a factory reset, but it is not possible. Another message, stating that it cannot complete the reset.
hold the power button of the infotainment for ~10-15 seconds until it reboots. That might fix these kind of gremlins.
Thanks. That cured the Bluetooth issue. 👍👍
