Yes, it comes with plastic bags and the plastic bag can be fixed in our trash can.

Hi guys, we have received feedback from our customers who ordered the ID.4 trash can that they received the wrong products. And we found that the Amazon warehouse totally mess up with our products and we had filed an investigation with amazon about this.
