Check for debris in the charging port. Does it charge on L1 or L2?

 

I have cleaned it by wd40 for contact and ear buds but still
Regarding L1L2 Iam not sure I have ac port and dc port
This issue happen from Ac port
Also all charging optiones disabled like battery care mode and reduce ac current

 

Does it charge on DC?

 

Yes DC charging fine
AC charging like 5% then disconnect I rejoin and charging 2% and region etc

It’s required to charge it beside me for each 2%

 

It’s something in the car like once getting hot stopped charging

Is OBDEleven can scan this issue ?

 

Yes. OBDeleven can scan and report error codes. Look for something about the onboard charger…

 

 

Sounds possible. I’d guess something wrong with either the charger itself or the cooling system. Given the heat indication, I’d check the cooling loop first. Is the coolant level good, pumps and fans all working?

 

Regarding charger this is happening with any public ac charger so I have requested new adapter and will check and share the result
I hope nothing with car

 

Oh, if you’re using an adapter, that could be it! Hopefully the onboard charger isn’t bad!

 

We are using adapters for ac and dc
But I have a lot of stations with cable and without
Issue happening with both conditions with cable and Station with cable and iam using adapter

 

I don’t thing my cable and adapter both damage
But I stareted replace the cheap one if still I will prepare to convert it to Europe sockets

 

I had something similar to this happen, same error. I have a charging cord extender cable that connects to the end of our charger's plug and allows us to plug into the car which the charger cable can't reach, the chargers cable was too short. Worked fine for a year. Then I recently upgraded our charger from 32 amps to 40 and was getting this error randomly. Discovered my extension cable was only rated for 32 amps. This would cause heat and voltage drop. Changed the cable to one with 50 amps and no more issues. This may be applicable to your adapter, if your charger puts out more amps than the adapter is rated for I would think it would cause the same error.

 

It’s logic for you as you changed charger
But mine I didn’t change cable or adapter was working and became heating after sometime

Btw Iam waiting new adapter and will check

 

The fault is at the socket at the car end. Either there is high resistance in the connector or the charger is trying to put too much current in for the socket. I would hope(!) that the problem is a worn cable with the connectors not making a good contact and the plug getting hot. It's probably worthwhile feeling the plug to see if it's getting warm.
