Unfortunately my ID4 First Edition is showing me two messages...Rear Traffic Alert not Available and Parking Distance Control not Available...I try to turn on Parking Distance control and it says Not Available...Not sure what is going on....

How long has it been? Sometimes these clear up after the vehicle sits for a few hours. I want to say this is one of the known bugs.

If it doesn't reset itself after car being asleep for 2-3 hours, might need to consider taking into dealership to check it out. Are there any decals at the rear that might be interfering with the sensors?

This happened to my ProS a few weeks back. Letting the car sit in the shade (it was a 90+ degree (F) day) for 30 minutes seemed to clear the error.

It often is caused by the plug is not inserted fully into the socket. Look with a flashlight at the top of the plug, there is a ~9mm black pin that will pop out when the plug is inserted fully when charging starts. That pin locks the plug to the car, and you get that error if the pin cannot pop out.
