Our base model Pro had a front windshield sun shade included; had it not it would have been the very first thing I would have purchased. Living in FLAH, I'm obsessed with parking in the shade or under cover whenever possible. When neither is available, out comes the sun shade.

Info screen gets too hot in the sun; AC won't turn on
My car was parked in the sun during an 85F day. The screen and controls took 20 minutes to cool and return function. My air condition control could not be accessed. We drove with the windows open for a while.
Does anyone have a solution other than placing a piece of foil insulation to keep the screen and electronics cooler?
