Don't think so and it's only 10amps so very slow.
Most level 1 on the market are 15amps

Hence meaning that you can use it in the rain, as long as it is not continously (semi) submerged in a puddle or something (the wavy lines with the cross lower right).

Further from JimmyVW's post above, the APTIV manual does state an Ingress Protection rating of IP67 for the 'In Cable Control Box' on page 19. That's 6 for dust ingress protection and 7 for immersion protection for 1 meter/30 minutes.

I asked the dealer that question and he responded yes. I used it as my main charging device for about 3 months and tucked it under the front of the car when charging to protect it from both sun and rain and had no problem.
