Our sick new AWD is on a boat somewhere in the Atlantic according to the Wheel of Pain. I'm looking into purchasing a Jackery generator and solar panel from Jackery for camping and am trying to determine if their solar panel will fit in that additional lower storage in the rear of the ID.4.

Visually, it looks like one of their panels would fit inside the additional lower storage in the back but I'm having a hard time finding the HxWxD measurements for just that specific space in the ID.4.

A folded Jackery solar panel (I added about an inch on each side for wiggle room) is 25" X 22" so it need it to be atleast that size. The folded depth is specifically 1.37795 inches, but I did not round up this number because I'm trying to see if two will fit back there (folded and on top of each other)

Can this nice community help me out with how many (if any) of these solar panels might fit back there?

If you have the Pro S with the double layer rear floor, you can put it under the floor in the upper position. It won’t fit in the lower storage area where the tire inflator, toolkit and charge cable go.

You have 38' x 38" x 4" of space in the underfloor compartment. No real idea about the lower compartment, but I doubt it's 25" wide or high.
I forgot about the space underneath where the accessories are stored, so sorry for the confusion. I'm referring to that middle part.

I want ALL of the accessories for our new ride!

Hello there! I see that this post is from a while ago, but I still wanted to chime in. If you're still looking into purchasing a Jackery generator and solar panel for camping, it's worth noting that their panels are foldable and have a size of 25" x 22", with a folded depth of 1.37795 inches. But I'm not sure about the exact measurements of that space. As for solar attic fans, have you considered solar attic fans pros and cons? I've heard mixed reviews on their effectiveness depending on the climate, but some brands may work better than others. Either way, good luck with your camping setup!
