Welcome to groupJust put a deposit down on a Kings Red Pro S AWD that a dealership has arriving at the end of the month. It seems there's no Kings Red Metallic color thread, so show me your reds!
By far the best looking ID.4 color.I’ve had the car for one month. Great.
Totally! I would have been super stressed about the choice between red and blue, in a good way.Love the Kings Red! I wish it was available on the FE.
I never paid for a color in my life but I would have paid for Kings Red.Totally! I would have been super stressed about the choice between red and blue, in a good way.![]()
I had ordered a white ID and got a call from the dealer mentioning that he a red one in stock. I went to look at it and immediately purchased the red ID. It’s striking and receives many positive comments. I’m pleased with the color and the car. No issues thus far except for the occasionally bulging taillight.
We picked up a Kings Red RWD Pro S last weekend. We had the blue one in the order and got a call from a dealer I inquired about earlier that the Kings Red is available. Blue was our first preference and we didn't know how the red would look in person. So, we decided to look at the car before finalizing. The dealer had the blue and the red one parked nearby. My wife fell in love with the red and we decided to go for it. I'm sharing the pictures of our red ID.4 under different lighting conditions so that it might help people who are contemplating the red color. There are also a couple of images with a red Mazda CX-5 in the background for comparison.

Awesome!...and couple more from this morning. Took few before sunrise and the others during a "nice rainy day", so you can see how the red looks under different light conditions...
Those lights under the door handle come on for a short time. It'll go off once the vehicle moves and saves energy. The Climate and ICE control that lights up constantly will be wasting energy throughout the journey. Thus, it reduces the HV battery range. It's funny VW put lights in the door handles but not the radio volume and climate control. Go figure.
