I've successfully set the memory positions on my ID4's driver seat, but I cannot get the passenger seat to remember a position. Am I correct in thinking that the passenger seat does not provide two-position memory? I can't find anything in the manual about the passenger seat, even though it has a two-position memory button. Did VW really leave out this feature but still include the button?

Hmmm, that is odd. The memory seats on the passenger side work on my car.

Memory seat definitely works on passenger side in our First Edition. I've noticed that sometimes when I exit the car my legs will briefly touch the seat adjustment buttons on the side of the seat and moves it very slightly. This requires me to push my memory button (for me, button #1) after I get back into the car.

I guess I'll have to check in with the dealer on this. Maybe I've got a bad switch.
