Method to turn off Battery Care warning?

At the time that we bought our ID.4 we were told by VW that we would have a range of 485km. We do not have this range of we only are allowed to charge to 80%. I'm also adult (+60) so come on I feel that VW didn't sell me the car that I has now! Do not get me wrong our ID.4 1ST MAX is still the best car that we has owned. I do not shoot at others than THE VW Group.
