myVW remote start???

I recently had a remote starter installed in my 2021 jetta through my Volkswagen dealer, but I still can’t access this feature on the myVW app? If you get this feature installed post-registering and downloading the app, is that feature not available? Just trying to get some more info about it…. Thanks!
