Aloha everyone. Picked up my ID.4 FE about 10 days ago and as far as I can tell, it's only 1 of 2 ID.4s on the island of Oahu. Great conversation piece whenever I park somewhere. So far, all is well and I'm enjoying this car immensely. There are no EA stations on Oahu; hoping that EA will soon install chargers around the island. The VW dealer has a DCFC and has said that I can charge for free whenever I need it. I may soon install a L2 home charger in my garage. Time of Use (TOU) rates are .12 cents per KWH. I'm glad to be part of this forum and hope to contribute soon.

WELCOME to the forum. What a wonderful place to drive your new ID4. Hope EA will get some chargers in soon. I have one just 8 miles away. I have a Grizzl-E Level 2 EV Charger. Have only used it a couple of times. Got it from Amazon.

Based on an Electrec survey of the best (and worst) states for EV charging, Hawaii comes in dead last, with only 112 charge outlets per 1000 EV's. Hope to see this change in light of Biden's infrastructure plans to increase EV charging stations across the nation. Here's hoping . I'll checkout your Grizzl-E recommendation on Amazon. Thanks.
