Odometer and Time Display Issue

I just purchased the ID.4 Pro S and noticed that the time on the top left corner of the infotainment screen isn’t displayed. The odometer also isn’t updating on the vehicle information page despite having driven multiple times now. I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and how they were able to resolve it.

Just try a quick reboot, holding down the ON/OFF button.

I tried the reboot but the problem still persists. I called my dealership's ID.4 specialist and I'll be taking the car into their service department.
