Anyone have online radio working? I had ordered it with the hotspot then canceled just the hotspot a few months ago. I just reinstated the hot spot and the online radio won’t come back on. I can see the stations but they won’t play. VW Customer Care put in a trouble ticket but it’s expected to take up to 10 days to even look at it. Any suggestions to fix it?

No luck with getting Internet Radio to work with the built in hotspot, garage WiFi or connected to my iphone hot spot.

There is a Radio.net app (a CarPlay App) that you can install on your phone that taps into the same streaming selections that Internet Radio is supposed to provide.

Let us know what their response is. I didn't bother extending the Verizon hot spot. Only makes sense if you're already a Verizon subscriber for your phone otherwise the hot spot is on the pricey side.
Isn't it $20/month whether or not you're a Verizon subscriber?

Download the radio.net app. It’s easier to navigate than the infotainment display.

If I have to guess the $8 is only valid for the first month of owning the car. Which reminds me, I need to cancel it because I don’t want to be charged for it next May.

Actually the $8 is for the year. Don’t know what next year’s price will be though.

Yes, $8 for the year. There are past threads on this issue. There are a few ID.4 owners that have said that internet radio actually works. Has anyone seen any "radio" software updates? Maybe there is a radio software update that fixes this that I'm not aware of. I know everyone is waiting for the over-all 2.3 system software update but there appear to be separate radio and navigation updates as well. Had my ID.4 for 3 months now and have seen zero radio and navigation updates.

My internet radio worked when I first got it. But then I canceled the hotspot and went for a few months without it. Recently re-enabled the hotspot and it’s not working. Hopefully the trouble ticket with VW will be able to figure it out. You definitely feel like you are dealing with CSRs who don’t know a lot of basic stuff.
