Estou com o mesmo problema já passaram 12 horas? Qual foi a solução?

Got the prompt to install the update. Followed the directions, though it didn’t say anything about locking with the key fob. Locked with door handle indent. This was at 8am. It is now almost 4pm and I am still locked out of the car with no indication that it’s working or worked at all. I called roadside assistance and they can only offer to tow it to the dealer. There’s no information in the app to follow. Any advice?
