When did you lock in your Pro S Plus AWD? No updated emails here yet. We are still sitting at 10, since 10/20/22, but our estimated arrival date is Dec 22-Feb 23.

Interesting. Our pricing reverted back to price before the increase too, but status is still at 10.

Don't rain on my parade. LOL. But maybe that is the case or they just got in all the batteries from LG now so they can get going. And wow!! A whole month on the train from Tennessee to Long Beach??? Is that right. I know the boat takes about 12 days from west coast to Hawaii but train taking a month???

Well, as the song goes, it's a long and winding road. Assuming shipping from the Los Angeles area, your car will be stuffed into a car-carrier in the Chattanooga yard, and then it, and many others, would likely head south through Alabama to another marshaling yard, where it'll be jumbled up with other cars to make up a train, on a different railroad, bound toward Texas, where the cars will be reshuffled into another train, on and on across the country at maybe 45mph tops. A month is pessimistic, and two weeks is optimistic.
At any rate, it's great news for all of us that the logjam seems to have burst, and product is moving, as the MBAs say.

My MSRP has also dropped by $1,500 as well. Bouncing around lately. I got that from the reservation portal/ my configuration. This morning.

Yeah, me too (05 since mid-Sept. 2022), and my estimated delivery date changed today from Dec-May to May-July -- just ridiculous. Also, the chrome extension now says that I will get the LG battery...ugh.

@cdmuench Check again today. Ours dropped to the price before the increase yesterday, but hopped back up to the 1-11 price today.

Just putting this out there if VW Human Resources follows the forum. My son just graduated with a Computer Engineering degree and is looking for a Software Engineering position. I'm thinking maybe you could use the help with testing software before making it live?

I got the duplicate email this morning, and I'm still at 15-1. VW's wheel-o-progress is famous for its lack of progress. Some folks have the car literally in their driveway while it's still reading Leaving the Factory. But since the change of top management in August, we have seen incremental evidences of effort--these We're-building-your-car emails being one of them. For my 2022, reserved 10/11/21, I didn't hear a peep after the Lock email on April 11, except for what I gleaned spelunking the owner's portal with the developer tools.
But, of course, there's a worldwide semiconductor shortage, and a worldwide labor shortage, and, consequently, a worldwide shortage of patience.
My dealer's guessing sometime in March on my AWD Pro (currently billed to arrive between December and February), and that sounds about right, based on the lock-date-to-arrival date spans on this forum.

I got the dupe email today too. The web page still looks the same (when it works). I've been at 15-2 on the chrome extension since 11/27. Still showing the price increase.
I'm really tempted to just let this go and wait for a blazer or a rivian

Mine jumped back up. I am a software engineer, and yesterday Microsoft had a lot of issues with their servers. I think that may have caused it...I was having a lot of issues with getting on the site yesterday.

All the Microsoft stuff would explain the emails or why the system isn't updating.

My dealer just emailed me, and I checked the reservation site, and my status changed to 35-1: Vehicle on Rail to Dealer!!! No set delivery date yet, but what @Ahab said, I can keep my fingers crossed for two weeks...I will expect four weeks.

Guys.. this is from dealer in Canada. Canada Volksclick is not robust like the states one. But i got VIN number but no info on delivery yet. curious about this hold type info. I hope someone here can explain what that means ?

Just curious, on the Plus models is the word "Plus" spelled out on the side badge or is it a "+" sign?

I figured out why I couldn't remember seeing if it was "plus" or "+". The badge says "Pro S", no "plus" or "+"
