Does anyone know what "quality hold" at port means? If so, is there a timeline on how long this takes? Does this indicate a problem?

Sometimes means they dinged it! Check the car carefully when collecting!

Some units have experienced malfunctioning weight sensor on the driver seat that energize contractors for HV Battery....
When gets to the VW dealer and preform transport mode off and scanning of all modules...experienced technicians could see if there was some hardware or software related work done at the port.
Inspect entire car around and ask them to lift the car so you can take look under the car ( if there is damages they are usually happen with Truck carriers when transporting car from Port to the dealership.

Where did you see that there is a quality hold? My car is at the harbor and waiting for customs.

I contacted the dealer about this on Saturday and haven’t heard back. Makes me worry a little.

What other cars? Dealership lots are relatively barren in my neck of the woods. Their non-response is never justified. You're the Customer!!

I didn't track when it cleared customs
Car arrived at dealer 11/26
Picked up car from dealer yesterday
No issues with the car from what I can see.

Can you give us a screen shot of the firmware version in this vehicle? It may give us a clue to the quality hold if it is different.

Thanks. 0792 = 2.1, which doesn't seem new by itself ( but it is possible there is a sub-module version update) . Nothing obvious here.

My Navigation Database version is 21.9. I would bet, yours will update soon. Rest is the same.
