Sounds like it is time to bring the car to the dealership. The dealer will be more receptive if you have a recording of exactly what happened.

This sounds like a trip back to the dealer so they can straighten those issues out. As this is an ID.4 forum, I hope there are others who own/owned an Atlas can chime in.
