VW ID4 comes with a Level 1 charger. What else do you carry? Any other adapters?

I have a TeslaTap 60amp mini. I'm also thinking of a small-as-possible Washer/Dryer plug Level 2 charger to throw in the back when visiting a VRBO.

What do you folks do?

Will just be taking the Level I. Fortunate to have adequate places to charge on our planned trips. When we arrive we tend to relax, hike, etc. the car could be plugged in for several days without being driven. This will give us enough charge to get to a EA station.

I’m a little disappointed that VW didn’t ship a charger that would work in at 120 and a 240.

I felt the same initially. But then look at what other manufacturers are giving out. From an amp/speed point of view, only Tesla's unit convinced me.

I’m going to put in a SplitVolt unit in my garage. (Finally happy my laundry is in the garage after moving to CA!) Would have been nice to save a couple hundred on a charger. Our house is 55 years old, so the upgrade would be pricey. Thinking I will just get it from SplitVolt since that is where I’m getting the box.

It actually supports 240 volts, but still only at 10 amps. This at least doubles the speed, however. It would be great if there was a way to convince it to advertise 16 amps, but I haven't figured that out yet. US ID.4 included EVSE charger

I just bought the Tesla Tap 60 amp mini, too and tried it in a Tesla destination charger. Worked great.

Second great experience with Tesla Tap. Got the regular sized 80A one and it worked perfect. Opens up a world of new opportunities....as long as you have a blatant disregard for the "Tesla Only Parking" signs.....which I do!
