Hi everyone,
Got my black Pro S today—it’s as great as billed. Except two things.

First, I drove it 4-5 times today, and every other time I entered the car, the larger infotainment screen was upside down and backwards and all text was very pixelated. When I get out and lock the car, it seems to correct it until it decides to do it again. I’ve searched this forum, and I see lots of screen threads and issues. But, they are usually about blacked-out screens. Anyone else with my screen issue? How did you rectify this? Does it have to go back to the dealer?

I also cannot—for the life of me—get any flashing light to program my Home Link.I’ve read the Home Link site, the manual VW gave me, etc…no luck. No light comes out to even start the process.

Luckily, I still love it! Drives wonderfully. Thank you to anyone who can chime in with any info or solutions.

Car must be on to see the homelink light. Either press the brake or the on switch. The light will show up in the mirror itself like the compass direction indicator.

There have been other screen issues like yours. Start a case with VW Customer Care. 1-800-822-8987. They will ask you to bring it to the dealer.
