As I was driving on a road trip today I received a phone call on my iphone which was paired to id.4 via apple play. After the call ended my sound stopped working and I could no longer listen to radio or to hello id voice or siri! I tried to shut off the infotainment console then i shut of my iphone but after rebooting I was still not able to get the sound back till I reached my destination an hour later and turned off the car. When I restarted the car the sound came back on but the navigation voice direction was distorted but radio music was normal. Wonder if any one had similar issue on their Id.4 pro s awd. I took delivery of my car 3 weeks back

I've had this happen several times as well. I will ask ID to turn up the volume and that does the trick. I have the same car and took delivery 4 weeks ago.

Happened to me too. Seems that the Infotainment system does not realize that the call hung up, so everything remains muted.

I solved the problem by making another call and hung up using the hangup button on the touch screen. Volume immediately returned to normal.

This is certainly a glitch that needs to be fixed.

Press / hold the AV power button for 10 seconds to reboot. Hopefully this isn't happening consistently, every time?

so far only once today! Prior to today i never received a call when I was driving since I took delivery of car on October 14

I had an GTX borrowed one afternoon while I was waiting for mine. Couldn't get the radio to work until I stopped the car to buy some icecream and started it again. Not sure android Auto was on but I think the "lady" was occupying the infotainment system.

Happens to me if I try to voice text a message via the phone. What I do is to hit the talk to button on the steering wheel and then cancel it. that seems to fix the problem.
