For anyone in SC, Duke Energy is running $1000 EV rebate program. $500 for equipment upfront and $500 in energy rebates at $41 / month via debit cards. They ask you to charge during off-peak hours which is 17 hours long per day (7 hours of peak varies by season). I start in June.
