The day I’ve been waiting for! My ID.4 came in today and it’ll be ready for pickup tomorrow. Excited to join you all who already have your vehicles and are discovering all the ins and outs.

Got this picture from my EV specialist late this morning!

I'm pretty sure it has become my favorite First Edition ID.4 picture to date. Likely to be eclipsed by the one of me sitting behind the wheel!

Mine arrived in the US on 3-17. Crickets until Saturday afternoon when I went to step 6. And then today! Unfortunately, MY schedule precludes pick until Thursday. After 194 day wait, how bad can two more be? I'll open the bidding at excruciating!

Whoa, an enclosed carrier?! Don't see that too often, at least not with VW's!

It seems that all ID.4's are getting delivered via enclosed carriers. Kind of cool. Feels exclusive.

I think my EV specialist is excited to get me out of his hair! But seriously, I think I communicated to him my anticipation quite clearly and he was in the right place at the right time. Lucky me.
