Swap wheels 19” for 20” - CT/NJ/NY area, possibly MD

I am looking to swap my 20” wheels for 19”. I’m in CT, Hartford area. Recently moved from NJ, so would be happy to drive down there. NY would also maybe work.

Will be in MD in August, Annapolis area, as well as Western MD.

Currently at 400 miles.
