Tossing out a topic for discussion on this Monday. For those of you who have driven or own a Tesla Model Y and ID4, how do you compare the 2? In what areas do you prefer the ID4 and where do you see the Tesla being superior? With the recent Tesla price cut, the pricing of these 2 vehicles is closer than it has been so I am curious how you compare them and which you would choose in the end.

ID4 Pros: Our 2021 ID4 is significantly quieter than my son's 2021 Model Y. It also rides smoother, actually a whole lot smoother. Turning radius is no comparison. The Model Y steering is tight, bordering on twitchy. I believe the ID4 has a timeless and friendly design, while the MY looks a little bloated.
Model Y Pros: The Model Y has received many software updates since purchase, and has access to the reliable supercharger network. It is also more efficient, has camping and dog mode, and a host of other little software niceties that the ID4 doesn't offer.
