EA seriously needs to hire their very own service personnel, instead of using contractors and other 3rd parties that may or may not give a care.

That’s what I always thought about using contractors versus employees. It makes a big difference when you directly are in charge of their pay, promotions, and employment. They become invested in your success rather than you just being one in a long line of customers.
